Welcome to the Admission Process for the Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Mondragon Unibertsitatea!
We accompany you at every step, from registration to enrollment. The registration period
is open from November 4th to May 16th. Make sure to meet the deadlines to increase
your chances of securing your place.
Below, we explain in detail the steps you need to follow to complete your admission.
Admission Process:
1. Spanish Education System
- Baccalaureate:
- Identity document.
- Grades from 1st and 2nd year of Baccalaureate.
- University Entrance Exam (PAU).
- Higher Education Vocational Training:
- Identity document.
- Grades from 1st and 2nd years of the program.
- Final average grade for the higher vocational training cycle.
- The application receipt for the diploma or the original copy of the diploma
- University Studies:
- Identity document.
- Grade point average of the transcript with completed studies.
- The application receipt for the diploma or the original copy of the diploma
- University access tests for applicants over 25, 40, and 45 years old:
- Identity document.
- Average score of the test for older applicants.
2. Studies Completed in EU Educational Systems, International Baccalaureate (IB) or European Baccalaureate (EB)
- Baccalaureate from EU Member Countries:
- Identity document.
- Academic report via Host Students agency (info@hostudents.com).
- UNED.
- Baccalaureate in countries with agreements (currently United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Andorra, and China):
- Identity document.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What do I need to do to homologate my baccalaureate if I studied outside the European Union?
- Baccalaureate Homologation
If you studied outside the EU, you must homologate your baccalaureate diploma or equivalent studies to the Spanish educational system. This is done through the Ministry of Education of Spain or through Spanish embassies in your country.
- Conditional Enrollment Certificate:
If your homologation is in process, the Conditional Registration Slip will allow you to register while you await the homologation resolution.
2.Where can I obtain the UNEDasiss Accreditation to homologate my European or international baccalaureate?
The UNEDasiss Accreditation is a digital certificate that allows international students to participate in the admission processes of Spanish universities by
evaluating their academic records. For more information, visit the

4.Can I begin the admission process if I haven’t finished Baccalaureate?
Yes, you can pre-register between November 4th and May 16th even if you have not yet completed Baccalaureate.
