The digital transformation, generational change-over, new forms of consumption or the management and talent retention affect gastronomy and restaurants, and lead to questions such as… What does a restaurant's success depend on today? Are we connected with our customers and with their needs? How can we adapt to the changes in the sector? The 4th edition of the HOST, Trends and Innovation in Dining Room and Service Congress, organised by Basque Culinary Center, will be held on 7 and 8 May under the slogan “New times for the Dining room”. Lounge professionals and those from other disciplines will analyse new trends and best practices in the dining room with the aim of encouraging reflection about where the future of the dining room should head and understanding the new business models that are currently being promoted.
