At the Basque Culinary Center we need to recruit a Manager for the Alumni Community of the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences.

The objective of the position is to manage and promote the service for the alumni of the faculty, participating in the design of the value proposition, deploying the annual action and marketing plans, defining actions for the development and continuous improvement of the services, etc., in coordination with the different departments of BCC. 

Your main mission will be:

- Implement actions to achieve the project objectives and carry out the alumni strategy. 
- To carry out the follow-up and continuous attention to alumni, as well as keeping the database up to date. 
- You will have to promote intermediation between job opportunities and alumni, for which you will have to define and execute the communication plan with alumni. 
- You will establish strategies for the recruitment and retention of alumni.
- You will coordinate the different BCC teams in order to derive actions in advantages for alumni.
- You will update content on the alumni website and other related platforms. 
- You will be in charge of promoting events and other initiatives that encourage networking.

- Experience in the integral management of customer services.

- You have the ability to communicate in English, with knowledge of Basque being an asset.
- You are passionate about and have professional knowledge and experience in the gastronomy and food sector.
- You are part of a community related to gastronomy.
- You are a proactive and flexible person, willing to contribute new knowledge and ideas to the team.
- You have knowledge of CRM, email marketing and web managers. 

- You have the Certificate of official disability equal to or greater than 33%.
