Commercial Training Technician

Description

Do you consider yourself a customer-oriented person, with commercial skills and results-oriented? Do you have experience in similar positions mainly in the education sector and sensitivity for the gastronomic sector?  

Your mission will be to execute the defined sales policy, giving response and follow-up to the people interested in training at BCC and who contact us through the different channels.  

Our main lines of work are focused on:   

  • Support in the definition of the sales strategy of formal and continuous training, establishing the model of attention, contact and response through the different contact channels.  
  • To carry out a constant follow-up of the leads, from the first contact to the final conversion into customers.  
  • Define the contact plan with the interested parties and keep the information updated in the CRM.  
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and provide periodic reports on progress and conversions.  
  • Proactively contact leads through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and face-to-face meetings.  
  • Benchmarking of sales and consulting techniques especially in education sector. 

Requirements

Do you feel identified with the following characteristics?  

  • You have an intermediate or higher degree in Tourism, Marketing, Advertising or similar.  
  • You have experience in positions related to sales, call center or customer service.  
  • You have a high level of communication skills in English (C1).  
  • You are a person with communication and commercial skills.   
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interacting with people.   
  • You have a passion for the education and gastronomic sector and are able to transmit it with enthusiasm in every interaction with customers.    

You will make a difference if:   

  • You have worked in the education / training sector in sales related positions.   
  • You have previously worked with CRM.    
  • You have knowledge of sales strategy design, customer service and different tools and technology.  
  • You have a high level of interlocution in Basque (C1).   
  • You have an official disability certificate equal to or higher than 33%.
