Your main mission will be to perform tasks related to the service and attention to students and coordination of external internships, which you will manage from the Academic Department.  

Our main lines of work are focused on:    

• Coordinate and manage external internships for undergraduate students, as well as prepare the corresponding documentation and archiving. 
• Manage the academic documentation of the Final Degree and Master's Degree Projects, as well as compiling and archiving them. 
• Collaborate in academic management processes of Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees. 
• Update the database of contacts with companies. 

Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?  

• Intermediate or Higher Degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration or similar.  
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably to students.   
• High interlocution and writing skills (C1) in English and Basque.  
• Advanced knowledge of the Office package.  

You will make a difference if...  

• You have experience with learning platforms such as Moodle.   
• You have previously worked with Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP. 
• You are a flexible and proactive person with planning and self-management skills. 
• You enjoy working in a team.
