Training Manager

Description

Do you have experience in customer service in the education sector? Have you worked in student support projects? If the answer is yes, this project is for you! 

Your main mission will be to ensure a comprehensive experience for students, accompanying them from enrollment to the start of the training program and throughout its delivery.   

Our main lines of work are focused on:    

  • Providing attention to students, supporting them in the procedures prior to their arrival and during the delivery of the training program.  
  • Planning and executing the needs of the training programs, whether face-to-face, hybrid or online.   
  • Work together with the teaching team of the training programs, ensuring excellence and quality throughout the learning process and student experience.  
  • Accompany students and the teaching team in the management of external internships in companies of the sector.   
  • Elaborate and plan the academic documentation associated with the programs and students.   
  • Elaborate and keep the economic control of the budgets of the training programs, as well as to carry out statistical reports on students, surveys, programs, etc.  

Requirements

Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?   

  • You have a University Degree in Business Administration, Sociology, Pedagogy or similar.   
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in the management and planning of activities, as well as in customer service.   
  • You have knowledge of the following tools: Office package, Moodle or other learning platforms.   
  • You have high interlocution and writing skills in English (C1).    

You will make a difference if:    

  • You have previosly worked in the education sector.   
  • You have high interlocution skills in Basque (C1).    
  • You have worked with Zoho CRM and Business Central ERP.   
  • You have a vision oriented to achievement and results.  
  • You have an official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.

  • Maternity replacement contract (estimated duration of 6-7 months), with the expectation that the contract will become indefinite depending on the growth projections foreseen for the organization.
