Head of Entrepreneurship

Do you want to be part of a pioneering international institution in the world of Gastronomy and its value chain? Do you have experience working on entrepreneurship, innovation and startup creation projects?  

Your main mission will be to develop the value proposition and activities in the area of entrepreneurship, attracting and supporting entrepreneurs”.  

Your work includes, mainly, promoting the Basque Culinary Center as a global actor of reference in any field derived from 360º gastronomy. in any field that derives from 360º gastronomy.  

Our main lines of work are focused on:  

  • Attracting and contacting startups that wish to participate in the Basque Culinary Center accelerator.  
  • Identify technological solutions at an international level and integrate them into a pilot/experimental space attached to the accelerator.  
  • Collaborate in the creation of a global Hub of reference in entrepreneurship and #foodtech, #restech and #agrotech startups where the generated content can be capitalized.  
  • Generate relationships with new international players in the food and gastronomy field.  
  • Create an acceleration program of international scope for startups with the help of a global reference accelerator.  
  • Create bridges or links with other international reference ecosystems, both in the field of startups and food.  

Requirements

Do you identify with the following characteristics?  

  • You have a Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Engineering or similar.  
  • You have a minimum experience of 3 years working in Entrepreneurship Departments, as well as Startup Accelerators.  
  • You have experience in the creation and management of startup and/or entrepreneurship communities.  
  • You have knowledge related to entrepreneurship ecosystems.  
  • You have high interlocution and writing skills in English (C1).  

  You will make a difference if:  

  •  You have a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Strategy or similar.  
  • You have international experience in the field of Consulting or Industry 4.0.  
  • You have knowledge related to the gastro-food sector.  
  • You have experience working with CRM and project management tools.  
  • You have a vision oriented to achievement and results.  
  • You have a high level of Basque (C1).
