Your mission will be to execute administrative processes, ensuring operational efficiency and optimal compliance with daily tasks.   

Our main lines of work are focused on:    

• Recording invoices and associated documentation.  
• Coordinate communication with suppliers and customers.  
• Providing support to internal staff in administrative processes. Collaborate in other tasks of the administration department.  

Do you identify with the following characteristics?   

• Ideally you have a Higher Degree in Administration and Finance, although we will also value you if you have a University Degree in Business Administration and Management.  
• You have a work experience of about 1 year working in the area of administration, consulting or related fields.  
• You stand out for your interpersonal communication skills, as well as for your leadership and self-management skills.  
• You enjoy working in a team.   

You will make a difference if:    

• You have worked with Microsoft ERP (Business Central).    
• You have knowledge of Excel.   
• You have high interlocution skills in Basque (C1).    
• You have worked with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and changing environments.
