Do you have experience teaching classes related to food sensory analysis and perception? Have you previously worked on research or innovation consulting projects? If the answer is yes, this project interests you! 

Your main mission will be the design, development and delivery of subjects related to the analysis and sensory perception of food for the specialization track of Food Development and Technology and Vanguard of the Degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.   

Our main lines of work focus on:   

• Carrying out the co-design of the subject in coordination with the rest of the faculty of the Science Area.   
• Organizing and planning the development of the classes.   
• Teaching classes related to the analysis and sensory perception of food.   
• To monitor the students, solving their doubts and accompanying them in the learning process.   
• Coordinate graduate programs and undergraduate courses.   
• Participate in research and development projects in the field of food sensory analysis and perception.   

Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?  

• You have a PhD in Gastronomic Research, Food Technology, Sensory Analysis or similar.  
• You have worked in research projects or innovation consultancy.  
• You have knowledge in food perception and sensory analysis and research methodologies.  
• Experience in teaching.   
• You have good interlocution and writing skills in English (C1).   

You will make a difference if:   

• You have a scientific-technical profile with experience in projects linked to gastronomy and culinary sciences.   
• You have experience in coordinating undergraduate and graduate programs.  
• You have high interlocution skills in Basque (C1).   
• You have worked with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and changing environments.   
• You have an official disability certificate equal to or higher than 33%.
