Administration Manager

Do you have experience in the area of administration, consulting or similar fields? Would you like to take on new responsibilities and continue your development in the administrative field? Then this project is for you!  

Your mission will be to execute the proper management of administrative processes, ensuring operational efficiency and optimal fulfillment of daily tasks.   

Our main lines of work are focused on:    

  • Manage grant proposals and justifications. 
  • Directing and controlling the tax declaration process, ensuring compliance with tax obligations and the accuracy of VAT, Personal Income Tax and Corporate settlements. 
  • Coordinating and managing the generation and linking of orders between different companies.  
  • Supervise the accounting of invoices and other financial movements, ensuring their correct incorporation in the accounting records.   
  • Manage the invoicing process, from issuance to follow-up, to ensure accuracy in document generation and compliance with payment deadlines.  
  • Provid support in the main administrative tasks of the department.    

Requirements

Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?   

  • You have a Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management, Finance or similar fields.  
  • You have around 5 years of experience working in the administration area, consultancy or related fields.  
  • You have a global vision of the processes managed from the administration area.  
  • You enjoy collaborating in the development and learning process of the people in the team. 
  • You stand out for your interpersonal communication skills, as well as for your leadership and self-management skills.  

You will make a difference if:   

  • You have worked with Microsoft ERP (Business Central).    
  • You have high interpersonal skills in Basque (C1).    
  • You have worked with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and changing environments.    
  • You have an official disability certificate equal to or higher than 33%.
