You will join the BCC Innovation Technology Center, in the line of innovation and development of technological products and services, applying user-centered design methodologies. 

Your main mission will be to apply the methodological approach and tools of User-Centered Design in co-development projects of new products, services, as well as in the creative resolution of problems and challenges within the value chain of gastronomy.  

Our main lines of work are focused on:  

• Manage and execute autonomously research projects, innovation and design of technological products and services.  
• Promoting collaborative work with profiles of diverse and complementary disciplines.  
• Collaborate with other technology centers and industrial companies in charge of building demonstrator and functional prototypes of concepts and solutions previously co-developed with BCC Innovation.  
• Maintain contact with industrial partners and elaborate offers for potential customers.  
• Support in specific projects of other R&D&I lines of the Technology Center.  

Do you feel identified with the following characteristics?  

• You have a University Degree in Product Design, Service Design or similar.
• You have 2-3 years of experience in the development of technological products and services.  
• You have experience in agile processes of conceptualization, prototyping and validation with real users. 
• You have experience and proficiency in user-centered design and service design methodologies, including prototyping and agile testing and validation with real users.  
• You have high interlocution and writing skills (C1) in English and Spanish.  
• You are available to travel.  

You will make a difference if: 

• You have a Master's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Design and Technology or similar.  
• You have a C1 level of Basque.  
• You have the ability to plan and execute qualitative research techniques, such as interviews, focus groups...  
• You have knowledge in UX/UI and in the creation of prototypes without code using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.  
• You are passionate about the gastro - food world.  
• You have your own vehicle.  
• You have an official disability certificate equal or superior to 33%.
