Board
Basque Culinary Center, based in Donostia-San Sebastian, was created in 2009 as an ambitious training, research and innovation project, aimed at the development of the gastronomic sector, with a clear international approach and under the idea of finding the intersection between cuisine, management, science and other disciplines.
